Our Process
Play
Therapy sessions are interactive, child-centered, and designed to make learning natural and fun. Through play-based activities and evidence-based strategies, children build skills while staying motivated and engaged.
Celebrate Growth
Every milestone matters. We celebrate each step forward and adjust goals as your child grows, ensuring therapy continues to meet their evolving needs and supports long-term success.
Support
We believe families are essential to progress. You’ll receive regular updates, education, home strategies, and practical tools to support continued growth beyond therapy sessions.
Plan
Using evaluation results and family input, we create an individualized plan built around your child’s unique strengths and needs. Every goal is purposeful, measurable, and designed to support success in everyday life.
Connect
Getting started begins with a conversation. Reach out to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and learn more about our services. We’ll help determine whether insurance-based therapy or one of our cash-based specialty programs is the best fit for your child.
Schedule
Once services are selected, families complete intake paperwork, insurance verification (if applicable), and any developmental questionnaires needed to help us better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and goals.
Referral
If your child will be using insurance for occupational therapy services, a referral or prescription from your child’s physician may be required. We can help guide you through this process and provide any information your provider’s office may need to submit the referral.
Evaluate
For insurance-based therapy services, your child will participate in a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation to assess developmental skills, sensory processing, functional abilities, and areas needing support. This allows us to create a personalized treatment plan focused on meaningful progress.
For cash-based programs, we complete an initial consultation or screening to ensure your child is matched with the right program and level of support.
